to want, to need, to hunger for adventure, to embrace change and chance and
risk, so that we may breathe and know what it is like to be free” -Unknown

Carmella is SO full of life! Her huge smile and passion for the things she loves was inspiring. I loved meeting her and hearing about all her future plans. She is graduating from Vandegrift High School, and enjoys being Class President, and being part of PALS, the Miracle League, the National Honor Society, and the cross country team. Her favorite subject in school is Calculus. When she’s not at school, she likes to keep active while hiking and running, and devotes much of time volunteering with Cheyanna’s Champions for Children (which raises funds for children with medical needs). She says her parents are her biggest role models, and adds, “They exemplify how hard work can get you anywhere, and they inspire me to be the best version of myself”.
She is undecided about her college destination, but hopes to attend University of Texas, Penn State, or Vanderbilt to study business or economics. “In five years, I see myself working as a marketing consultant, and traveling the world”, she explains, “I also plan to see every continent, run a marathon, and climb a mountain in the next five years.” When I asked why she chose my photography, she said, “I love the way the photos look, but I’ve heard about the great care you give to each client, and how you make each senior session one-in-a-million!”
