Bailey | Belton High School Senior
I always ask my senior clients what their “everyday” look is, because it helps me get to know them and stay authentic to their personal style! But of course a senior shoot isn’t just an everyday event, so I also encourage them to mix casual outfits with a few glammed-up options to get some really unique looks. Bailey said her usual look is generally cute jeans and her favorite pair of broken-in Birkenstocks, but she was ROCKING these dressier looks (with a few supplemental pieces from our KDP exclusive wardrobe). Bailey attends Belton High School, where she participates in cheer and powerlifting. “Giggly, sarcastic, and sweet” are the words she has chosen to describe her upbeat and fun personality, and I sure laughed a lot when we met up for her session. Spending time with friends is her favorite way to spend a free afternoon (although they are few and far between) and she says her favorite part of Belton, Texas, is the little cafe downtown. Bailey adds that her friend group is all choosing different schools after graduation, so she will definitely miss them when summer ends!
Speaking of college it’s definitely in her future plans. She hopes to attend the University of Texas A&M, and enter their program to become a physician’s assistant. Bailey is very interested in the field of public health, and hopes to one day make a difference by choosing that as her major. She even was able to shadow doctors at the hospital already, as part of a career shadowing program. I was thrilled to capture her outgoing spirit and her kind heart with a flowing, free spirited session that had a lot of nature components, as she requested. Bailey enjoys shopping at stores like American Eagle, and likes drawing fashion inspiration from people like Kristina Schulman from the Bachelor TV show. “My style is very cute and casual”, she explained, “I envisioned my senior shoot as really flowing and surrounded by nature. I love floral patterns, and dressing for the springtime.” Other items on her “to-do” list after graduation are traveling to China and Greece, and getting to skydive.
Congratulations, Bailey, on a job well done. I can’t wait to follow your journey as you become a PA one day, and have no doubt you will do all the things you dream of!
